A new attorney, played by Ms. Van Ert and Ms. Billings, asks a senior attorney for guidance on a case that presents intricate family law issues. Thomas Tuft and Scott Rodman will play the senior attorney. The role-play will cover various aspects of custody, including the statutory custody factors, custody evaluations and third party custody. Additional topics include temporary relief, relocation, interstate issues, special needs children, modification, probate issues and multiple alternative dispute resolution methods.
