All attendees will receive the exam to complete and submit to USA Cares for certification after the webinar is completed. After review, successful candidates will receive a certificate from USA Cares designating them as a Certified Military Housing Specialist.

Beverly Frase - Beverly is a former loan officer, real estate broker and career Army wife. As a freelance writer, she had the opportunity to fly with the Army's world-famous parachute team, the Golden Knights. She has toured an AWACS plane, participated on the Basic Training ranges in simulated "live fire" exercises, taken her Cub Scout den to observe "load training" for units preparing to deploy, and joined the families to wave goodbye.

She's been on all sides of a real estate transaction as the military family buying a home, the real estate agent helping find a home to get under contract in a short window of time, and the lender helping to complete the purchase. She knows from experience what speed bumps come along for military families trying to achieve homeownership, and what all sides of the transaction need along the way in order to move toward an accurate and timely closing.
