An Air Force servicemember has been served with a petition for visitation by the father of her child. The father is an ex-felon, has never paid child support, and has had no contact or relationship with the child. The servicemember needs pro bono help to oppose the petition, and to advise her on the possibility of a stepparent adoption by her spouse, who has raised the child since an infant.
