Is there language and a logo that I can link on my firm’s website to show that I am a Project volunteer?

(1) If you are an attorney who is registered with the ABA Military Pro Bono Project:

a. You are permitted to use and link on your website the following logo and hyperlink to http://www.militaryprobono.org/:

b. When linking a logo on your website, if you would like to add language, please use one of the following:

  • "I am registered with the American Bar Association's Military Pro Bono Project, a nationwide program that connects junior-enlisted servicemembers in need of pro bono legal help with volunteer attorneys throughout the nation."
  • "[Attorney/firm name] has provided pro bono help to our servicemembers through the American Bar Association's Military Pro Bono Project, a nationwide program that connects junior-enlisted servicemembers in need of pro bono legal help with volunteer attorneys throughout the nation."
  • "[Attorney/firm name] has provided pro bono help to our servicemembers through the American Bar Association's Military Pro Bono Project."

 

(2) If you are an attorney, law firm, or law department that is a recipient of the ABA Military Pro Bono Project Outstanding Services Award:

a. You are permitted to use and link on your website the following logo and hyperlink to either http://www.militaryprobono.org/ or http://www.militaryprobono.org/probono/item.4084-ABA_Military_Pro_Bono_Project_Outstanding_Services_Awards:

b. When linking this logo on your website, if you would like to add language, please use the following:

  • "[Attorney/firm name] is a [2019] recipient of the ABA Military Pro Bono Project Outstanding Services Award."
  • "[Attorney/firm name] is a [2019] recipient of the ABA Military Pro Bono Project Outstanding Services Award, a nationwide program that connects junior-enlisted servicemembers in need of pro bono legal help with volunteer attorneys throughout the nation."
