- Location: Cumberland County
- Organization: ABA Military Pro Bono Project (North Carolina)
- Case Number: 22794
An Army servicemember who is deployed overseas seeks pro bono assistance with a child custody modification and enforcement matter. The soldier and his ex-wife have two children together, both with special needs. The children’s mother has prevented the children from seeing or speaking to their father for several months, which violates their current custody order. The soldier is very concerned about the wellbeing of his children and would like assistance in enforcing the custody order so he can speak to his children, and also in modifying the existing custody order.
