An Army servicemember seeks pro bono assistance with a consumer law matter involving an auto shop. The soldier had oil leaks in his car repaired at a local auto shop. He noticed shortly after the repairs were made that the oil pressure was low, and he returned to the shop, which inspected the car and told the soldier that the car was fine. Shortly thereafter, the vehicle’s engine began to seize up. The engine is being repaired at another shop and is expected to cost several thousand dollars.
