An Army servicemember seeks pro bono assistance in a dispute with a real estate agent and an insurance company. The soldier bought a home last year with the understanding that the real estate agent would check on the home periodically while he was stationed overseas. The real estate agent told the soldier that the house would be looked after several times, and they were in communication since the sale of the home. The soldier’s wife and their child returned to the home recently and found the house has extensive damage by a pipe that burst. The house has extensive mold and is in an unlivable condition. The soldier seeks pro bono assistance to seek recourse from the real estate agent and to help negotiate with their insurance company.
