An Air Force servicemember seeks pro bono assistance with a consumer law matter. The airman took his car to a shop to get an oil change. Shortly after the oil change, he noticed his car wasn’t running properly. He returned the car to the shop to remedy the problem, and the manager told him the car was fixed. Thereafter, his engine locked. The car had twice as much oil in its engine than was necessary. The shop refuses to admit to any liability and the airman seeks help to seek the proper remedy.
