A Navy servicemember seeks pro bono assistance with a landlord-tenant dispute. The sailor is being sued by his prior landlord after the sailor terminated his lease due to habitability issues. The lawsuit has continued for several years and the parties are now in mediation. The sailor seeks representation in the lawsuit.
