An Air Force servicemember seeks pro bono assistance with a guardianship case. The Airman’s brother was recently in an accident that left him unable to care for himself. The Airman would like to seek guardianship over his brother, as well as his brother’s daughter, who does not have another parent in the picture to care for her.
