The spouse of a Coast Guardsman seeks pro bono assistance with a divorce due to domestic violence. After years of domestic violence, the Coast Guardsman abandoned the spouse and his children, and has not seen, spoken to, or provided financial support to his family for several years. He has now filed for divorce, and the spouse seeks assistance in the proceedings.
