ABA Military Pro Bono Project

A Navy servicemember seeks pro bono assistance with a consumer issue. The sailor recently purchased a timeshare. However, the sailor has since learned that the seller failed to provide important information, and that the contract itself fails to provide statutorily required information. The sailor is now paying a fee that she cannot afford and was not warned about at the time she signed the contract. She seeks assistance to challenge the validity of the contract.
