A Navy servicemember seeks pro bono assistance with a consumer law matter. The sailor recently purchased a car from an individual who stated the car had clean title and no mechanical or other issues. However, shortly after purchase, the car started having multiple mechanical issues, and the sailor learned that the car had salvage title. The sailor seeks pro bono help to pursue the proper remedy.
