An Army servicemember seeks pro bono assistance to obtain custody over his minor siblings. The parents of the soldier’s siblings are currently unable to care for them, and the parents consent to the soldier obtaining custody. The soldier seeks assistance to coordinate ongoing court proceedings, as his deployment overseas has made this difficult.
