ABA Military Pro Bono Project

An Air Force servicemember seeks pro bono assistance to establish paternity and custody of her child. The Airman is currently the sole caretaker for her child, and the child’s father, to whom she was never married, lives outside of the U.S. and is not involved in the child’s life. The Airman would like to establish paternity and sole custody so that she can plan accordingly for any potential future deployments.
