A Navy servicemember stationed in another state seeks pro bono assistance with a consumer law issue involving a Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) dispute. The sailor’s mortgage company has refused to lower his interest rate to the statutory cap of 6%. He seeks assistance in the dispute against the mortgage company.
