ABA Military Pro Bono Project

An Air Force servicemember seeks pro bono assistance with an adoption. The Airman and his spouse obtained guardianship over an infant after the child was found to have drugs in his system and was then removed from the care of his biological parents. It has been several years since then, and the couple would like to formally adopt the child, who has had no contact with his biological parents since he was removed from their care.
