ABA Military Pro Bono Project

A Marine Corps servicemember seeks pro bono assistance with a child support case. The Marine was recently held in contempt after his support payments and arrearages were increased and he was unable to afford to make the payments. He seeks representation at any upcoming hearing, as well as assistance to pursue relief from the contempt and child support orders, as he continues to be unable to pay the amounts owed.
