A Navy servicemember seeks pro bono assistance to seek guardianship over relatives who are minors. The sailor and other witnesses report that the children are experiencing abuse and neglect. The sailor has reported the abuse and neglect and filed for guardianship. As she is located in another state, she seeks representation in the proceedings.
