ABA Military Pro Bono Project

An Air Force servicemember seeks pro bono assistance in the defense of a lawsuit. The Airman sold her home after receiving military orders to relocate out of state. The Airman hired contractors to completed needed repairs before the sale. However, the buyer is now suing the Airman claiming that she was aware of structural defects and did not disclose them. She seeks assistance to defend against the lawsuit.
