ABA Military Pro Bono Project

An Army servicemember seeks pro bono assistance with a consumer matter. After recently receiving military relocation orders, the soldier contracted with a moving company to ship their household items to their new location. However, there was a dispute as to the amount owed, and the moving company is now holding the soldier’s belongings at an unknown location. The soldier seeks pro bono help to remedy the dispute and have their belongings returned to them.
