ABA Military Pro Bono Project

A Coast Guardsman seeks pro bono assistance with a child custody modification case. The mother of the Coast Guardsman’s children recently began a relationship in which she is being physically abused by the new partner, and the Coast Guardsman has serious concerns about the children being in the home while the new partner is present. He seeks assistance to modify the existing custody order to include provisions to protect his children from this person, or to seek sole custody of the children.
