ABA Military Pro Bono Project

An Air Force servicemember seeks pro bono assistance with a child custody modification involving an SCRA violation. The Airman recently returned from training to find that a court had granted her children’s father emergency custody while she was away based on false pretenses. Because of this and because of worrisome behavior by the children’s father towards them, the Airman would like to seek sole custody of her children.
