ABA Military Pro Bono Project

An Air Force servicemember seeks pro bono assistance with a landlord-tenant dispute and possible eviction. The Airman has a minor accident in his unit that caused some damage to the unit. He promptly reported it to his landlord, and also confirmed that the damage would be covered by his renter’s insurance. However, his landlord has since informed him that they intend to evict him. He seeks assistance to navigate the dispute.
