ABA Military Pro Bono Project

An Air Force servicemember seeks pro bono assistance with a child custody and support modification case. The Airman and his former spouse were awarded 50/50 custody and the Airman was ordered to pay child support to his former spouse, who, thereafter, repeatedly refused to accept the child support payments. The former spouse has since had a change of heart and has expressed that she intends to pursue sole custody, and potentially back payments for the child support. The Airman seeks assistance to maintain 50/50 custody and to navigate the potential child support dispute.
