ABA Military Pro Bono Project

An Air Force servicemember seeks pro bono assistance with a child custody matter. The Airman has a stepchild who is now a teenager, and who he has raised since birth with the child’s mother. After the Airman’s wife recently passed away, the child visited his biological father, and the biological father now refuses to let the child return to the Airman’s care. He seeks assistance to determine his options for custody/having the child returned to his care.
