Submit or Review Case Referrals
Submit a new case referral or access a client's online case file that your previously referred. This area is available to registered users only.
Click here for further information and referral guidelines, which includes detailed information about the referral process, client financial eligibility (E-6 and below), who may be considered a “client” for a referral, qualified case types (including defined legal issues within consumer law, family law, guardianship, landlord-tenant disputes, tax law, trusts and estates, and others), good cause requirements, and the required signed Acknowledgment Letter.
* You must be logged onto the website with your email address and personal password to access this link to the Case Referral System. If you have not already signed up with the Military Pro Bono Project, click on Attorney Registration on the home page to register.
After logged onto the website, use the password assigned to your legal assistance office (not your personal password) for this referral form. If you do not have a password for your current office, email Mary Meixner, at firstname.lastname@example.org. After submitting the case referral form, you will be taken to a website that confirms the submission. The referral is then automatically routed to a designated supervising military attorney who screens referred cases. Once reviewed and approved, the Project will notify you and will begin searching for a volunteer attorney.

If you previously referred a case to the Project and you are clicking on this link for the first time, you need a temporary password for your initial login.
