Submit a new case referral or review a submitted case referral. This area is available to registered Military Pro Bono Project users only.

REFERRAL FORM: Refer a new case to the Project*

Please note: you will need two items while submitting your referral: 

1. You will need to submit a signed Client Acknowledgement Letter with your referral.
2. You will also be require to make several affirmations when you submit the referral, and you can find more details about these affirmations on the Good Cause Checklist.

You may also utilize this document, which is a Word version of the online referral form. This can be used to help in your preparation to submit the referral online. 

* You must be logged onto this website to access this link to the Case Referral System. If you have not already signed up with the Military Pro Bono Project, click on Attorney Registration on the home page to register.

After submitting the case referral form, you will be taken to a webpage that confirms the submission. The referral is then automatically routed to a designated supervising military attorney who screens referred cases for your office. Once reviewed and approved, the Project will notify you and will begin searching for a volunteer attorney. Contact Rachael Derham with any questions.
