An Air Force servicemember seeks pro bono assistance disputes relating to his home. The Airman recently purchased a home, which flooded immediately. It is possible that the plumbing issues existed at the time of the sale and were not properly disclosed. The Airman filed a claim with his insurance company for the flooding, which failed to act in a timely manner, causing mold and further damage. Finally, contractors installed the Airman’s washer and dryer improperly, causing more damage. Overall, there is over $100,000 in damages to the Airman’s home.  He seeks assistance to pursue the proper remedies.
